With the development of Internet technology, multimedia technology and the whole advancement of university information construction, universities and colleges have possessed a certain amount of digital educational resources. However, the lack of a unified long-term construction planning to these resources leads to"information solitary islet"which appears local orderly but overall disordered. Teachers and students both are troubled by being unable to find the teaching resources and learning resources that they want, while the technical staff is puzzled about the situation that no one is using those resources. The problems mentioned above urge us to explore and think over how to optimize the integration of digital educational resources by the actual needs of teaching and research in the network environment, how to efficiently use the high-quality integrated educational resources in teaching.Taking Northwest A & F University as an example, this paper did theoretical exploration and empirical research through literature, interview, questionnaire and the related technical methods in computer fields, analyzing the realistic basis of technology and policy in digital educational resources sharing. Besides, on the basis of overall investigation on possession, distribution and utilization of the sharing resources, this paper analyzed the problems and obstacles during the course of digital educational resources sharing among universities and colleges, such as constrains of traditional ideas, administrative system and technical barriers.In order to solve the various problems in the course of digital educational resources sharing among universities and colleges and promote the implementation of resources sharing, a classification system of digital educational resources combining the subject and resource type was constructed and according to the principle of integrity, standard, dynamics, service and characteristics, the author constructed a knowledge-wide, high-professional and knowledge-intensive high-quality digital resource library which is convenient in data updating and maintenance. Moreover, to avoid the new integrated resources becoming into another "information solitary islet"and"exhibits on display", this paper proposed to establish a pushing service mechanism based on the center of different discipline. With the combination of tailored discipline and pushing service, the integrated resources are efficient, convenient and fast for the majority of teachers and students, and an empirical research exploration had been made in Northwest A & F University. Finally, a trinity sharing mechanism of concept, system and standard was constructed based on changing concept, perfect system and unified technical specifications. An efficient sharing of digital educational resources was achieved.
