| With the continuous development of the public service field, the relationship between private social work institutions and the government and other subjects presents new characteristics, and they are constantly exploring effective paths for development. This paper mainly puts forward the social capital construction strategies for private social work institutions under this background.research topic. This paper selects four private social work institutions in N city, and through in-depth interviews and other means to understand the advantages and disadvantages of social capital in the early stage of development of each institution, mainly due to differences in administrative resources,university/professional resources and commercial resources, which led to the development process of the institutions. There are different preferences in the organization, but generally speaking, there are many similarities in the actions taken by the organization: in the process of organization development, the organization takes instrumental actions such as project exploration and high-quality talent cultivation to explore new resources;Clarify the value concept, care for the emotional needs of social workers, formulate institutional incentive mechanisms, and ensure social workers’ salary levels and other emotional actions to maintain institutional capital.Due to the impact of the development environment of the social work industry, the organization will inevitably have a loss of resources, and the organization has taken corresponding measures to deal with it.Research shows that the efforts of institutions have also resulted in good returns on capital, including instrumental returns such as institutional projects and funds, structural level position, and social influence,as well as emotional returns such as social trust and professional achievement. The study concludes three capital construction strategies used by private social work institutions in the development process. The first is to build a cooperative relationship network of "government-universities-private social work institutions-other social forces",which is not only a two-way cooperation relationship, but also an excellent opportunity for institutions to play a role as a bridge;the second is to explore scientific and effective internal organization.Structure, reasonable and efficient organization and operation ensure the sustainable survival of the organization;the last is to cultivate trust with other subjects of the network and reduce transaction costs. However, the research also pays attention to the negative effects in the process of institutional social capital construction, which may include the transfer of voice, professionalism, etc.,but generally speaking, the return on capital is the main aspect, and the negative impact is the secondary aspect. |
