Research On The Motivation Of Volunteers In Social Work Institutions

In recent years,China's voluntary services have been developing vigorously.Volunteers have not only appeared in various public events,but also in our daily life,especially in some social organizations.Taking social work institutions as an example,volunteers,as an indispensable human resource of social work institutions,play an important role in the development of social work institutions.Then what's the reason that promoted volunteers to spend a lot of time and energy to help some stranger freely,volunteer participation motives,what are the factors affecting the participation motivation of volunteers,this is the current question,many scholars also is a focus in the study of this article.In this paper,based on the empirical analysis of shen zhen L social work agencies,use the data collection methods such as questionnaire and interview method,.Using SPSS.20 statistical analysis software,through factor analysis and establishing regression model,analysis of social work organization type,level and characteristics of volunteer participation motivation and individual factors,the paper summarizes the interview concluded that social work institutions volunteer participation motivation of external constraints.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction mainly includes the background introduction and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The second part is the literature review and literature review of volunteers'motivation.The third part is the research design part.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the motivation of volunteers of social work institutions,including the status of volunteer participation motivation and the influencing factors.The fifth part is summary and suggestion.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection of this paper.The results showed that the volunteer participation motivation mainly includes seven dimensions,the score of different on different dimensions,overall,the volunteers had higher levels of participation motivation,and volunteer participation motivation is not single,is multiple,integrated,rendering phase change characteristics.Factors such as gender,age,education degree,residence location,monthly income,volunteer grade and service frequency of demographic variables have influence on volunteers' participation motivation.The institutional factors include the incentive mechanism of social workers,project design and type,the management mechanism of social workers and the professionalism of managers,In addition,the author puts forward relevant Suggestions and solutions based on existing problems.
