Ancient chinese is a major topic and focus point for teaching languages to upperclassmen.Learning ancient Chinese helps with understanding ancient culture and history and enriching a student's ability for self-restraint.However,at present the teaching situation of ancient chinese is not optimistic.The teaching efficiency is generally rather low,even though teachers and students invest a lot of effort and time,the(final)results leave a lot to be desired.To uncover the reasons for this low teaching efficiency,I started a research project during my internship.In my research about teachers and students alike,I differentiate between the questionary method and the interview method,to gain a complete overview of all existing problems concerning the learning process of ancient Chinese and to be able to develop a solution for these problems.The following essay is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction.This part will mainly center on explaining the selection of this topic,introduce the underlying concept and discuss the current research situation in China and overseas,for example their reasoning and methods,etc.The second part discusses the current situation of the research process of ancient Chinese,done by Y high school,and analyses their problems.It will examine the results of the research analysis and go into greater detail about the existing problems in the learning process of ancient chinese and their origins.The third part centers on existing problems,beginning with a counter strategy for solving the bilateral difficulties teachers and students are facing.In the fourth part I will reveal an example for developing a solution.
