The new round of curriculum reform advocates key competencies.High school biology teaching should train students to solve practical problems with scientific ideas,knowledge,thinking and methods.Then it improve the key competencies from scientific thinking,social responsibility,life concept and scientific inquiry.Based on the existing research results,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of scientific thinking,this article analyzes the problem of the cultivation of the rational thinking and finds out the solutions.According to the results of the survey and the analysis of biological classroom records,we sum up experience and conduct instructional design for biological classrooms based on scientific thinking.Through inquiring relevant literature,this article interprets the connotation of scientific thinking as follows: Students in the learning,uphold rigorous and pragmatic attitude of knowledge,through the practice and experiment,actively participate in learning,find problems,collect information and solve problems with their own thinking,In order to gain biological knowledge and cultivate the habit of scientific thinking,form a scientific attitude to strive for progress.The specific performance are: students can summarize biological experiments and summarize basic biological laws;use the acquired biological laws to speculate or verify the mechanisms of related life phenomena;reasonably use words,diagrams,models,and other forms to reveal the principles of relevant life activities;challenge a biological point of view and show personal views.In addition,according to the survey,the main problems in cultivating students' scientific thinking in biological classroom teaching in senior high school include the teacher do not understand the concept of education and fully grasp the teaching content.The measures include: strengthening teacher training and creating a good teaching atmosphere.The cultivation methods and strategies of scientific thinking include: creating problem situations,inspiring thinking abilities,guiding students to master correct thinking methods,and using model building,deductive reasoning,summarizing and summarizing to enhance scientific thinking ability.The results of the research have enriched the theoretical and practical system of biological core literacy to a certain extent,and it has a certain guiding effect on the cultivation of high school biological thinking literacy.Moreover,the author also designed the classroom instructional design for the high school biology compulsory part of the People's Education Press to better explain the training strategies proposed in this paper and provide some references for the high school biology teachers.Therefore,the conclusion of this study has certain reference value.But this article also has some shortcomings,which need to be further and improved continuously.
