Education on the rule of law for teenagers is the focus of law popularization and an important part of governing the country according to law.Strengthening the rule of law education of middle school students is the inevitable requirement of preventing and reducing juvenile delinquency and constructing a socialist society ruled by law,which is helpful to improve the ability of social adaptation of middle school students.As a special group,junior middle school students' awareness of the rule of law will affect the transformation of at least three family concepts of the rule of law,and junior middle school students are in the critical period of the formation and development of their world outlook,outlook on life and values.They have strong plasticity and the possibility of development,so if we carry out rule of law education to them that will help junior middle school students to set up the correct three views,to promote their good habits of observing of the law,understanding the law,abiding the law and using the law.As the foundation group of the rule of law education,young people play a vital role in the smooth construction of the rule of law in the whole society.The main position for the middle school students to accept the education of the rule of law is the ideological and moral course.As a master of education in the subject teaching of ideological and political education.I have paid close attention to this problem.I think how to better carry on the rule of law education in the thought and moral course becomes the topic that worthes studying.This article mainly adopts the literature method to collect and organize the books,papers,periodicals and so on,which involve the junior middle school students' rule of law education and the moral education research of junior middle schools,and determines the basic research thought and the general frame of this paper.In order to better understand the current situation of the rule of law education in the moral education of junior middle school students,this paper adopts questionnaire survey and interviews to understand the present situation of the ideological and moral education of a middle school in Tai'an.It is found that the main problems in the education of rule of law in moral character teaching are:The educational goal is not clear,the teaching method is single,the teacher's legal literacy is not strong,the education content is not developed enough,and there is lacking the effective evaluation mechanism of the rule of law education.All of these helps us to understand the current situation of junior middle school students' awareness of the rule of law and the problems of the school's rule of law education.Then it analyzes the potential causes of the problem from three aspects:the education system,the rule of law of the teachers,and the mass media.On this basis,targeted improvement measures are proposed.It is expounded in detail from five aspects:the clearance of the goal of rule of law education,the study of the content of reading materials,the innovatation of the teaching methods,the improvement of the teachers'legal literacy,and the perfection of the evaluation mechanism.This part is also the foothold and key point of this paper.I hope that the improvement measures proposed in this part can improve the effectiveness of moral education in the future,and reduce the frequency of the above problems in the process of using the new teaching materials,and better carry out the rule of law education for middle school students.
