Nowadays,the country,society,and even the families attach great importance to education and talent.Teachers are one of the important subjects of education,how to manage teachers scientifically and effectively has aroused many educational scholars'attention.In recent years,the teachers' high separation rate has seriously affected the quality of teachers in the elementary and secondary school.Some scholars found that,most teachers leave their current schools and then go to another school,instead of not being teachers anymore.The disruption of the psychological links between schools and teachers is the main reason for this phenomenon.Organizational identification aims at the study of a cognitive structure that reflects the level of psychological connection between individuals and organizations.Therefore,carrying out the study on teachers'organizational identification,and exploring its forming process and factors can enhancing the psychological connection between teachers and schools,and increase the teachers'work inspiration.The teaching and research organization is a grass-roots organization in schools.Schools have always been committed to the development of the teaching and research organization.However,there still exists some problems in its process.School leaders confused that how to improve teachers' identification to their teaching and research organization,and make teachers regard themselves as one part of it.In their opinion,solving these problems can promote the development of teachers and the teaching and research organization.Based on the policy and realistic environment,this article attempts to analyze the current situation and factors of teachers' identification to their teaching and research organization,and provide some effective suggestion to enhance their organizational identification.The thesis is composed of five parts.The first part is "introduction".First of all,it will introduce the background of the topic and significance of this paper.Then,it will write the related literature at home and abroad,and summarize the content and methods of the thesis.At last,it will expound the innovations and shortcomings of this thesis.The second part is "the related theories of teachers' identification to their teaching and research organization ".Firstly,it will define the "the teaching and research organization","the meaning and dimension of the organization identification","the meaning and dimension of teachers' identification to their teaching and research organization".Then it will summarize the factors and the forming process of teachers'identification to their teaching and research organization.The third part is "the situation and problem of teachers' identification to their teaching and research organization".Firstly,it will summarize the current situation.Then it will expound its problems,including the internal environment,the lack of corresponding conditions,the leader of the teaching and research organization,teachers'high work pressure.The fourth part is "the strategies to enhance the teachers' identification to their teaching and research organization".Based on the above,the author puts forward five strategies to enhance teachers' identification in five aspects:to create good organizational environment;to provide them more opportunities;to improve the evaluation system;to emphasize the influence of school leaders;to inspire teachers' work autonomy and professional identification.The fifth part is "conclusion".This part summarizes the full thesis,and analyses the deficiency of this study,and put forward prospect for further research.
