By the methods of documentary review, investigation, interview, statistics and other mathematical methods, the paper makes a quantitative study on organization identification of P.E. department of Colleges and Universities in China. Study cotents include: influnce factors of organization identification of P.E. department, indicators system for rganization identification evaluation, framing measuring questionnaire, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, individual organization identification, the impact of staff attitude and environmental factors to individual organization identification, the major research results are as follows:1) Individual organization identification of RE. department of Colleges and Universities in China model has seven factors, including day-to-day management of system departments, department's advantages, department cultural, department's leadership, personal status, personal stress management and department's incentives. This model is reasonable and can be used as a research tool;2) The differences of organization identification of RE. department of Colleges and Universities between individuals is not significant, the overall organization identification is low;3) The organization identification of RE. department of Colleges and Universities in western region was significantly higher than that of central and eastern regions;4) The age factor affecting organization identification are sorted from high to low are: 51-56-year-old age group , 41-50-year-old age group, 24-30-year-old age group ,31-40-year-old age group;5) The organization identification of RE. department of Colleges and Universities in China of female teachers are significantly lower than male teachers;6) The organization identification of the teachers with a Professors title is highest, that of other three titles of the teachers are basically same, that of the teachers with a lecturer title are lowest;7) The organization identification of the teachers with a master degree is highest, followed by college-level education teachers, the organization identification of Dr. and above qualifications of teachers is lowest; 8) The organization identification between unmarried and married teachers has no significant difference, but the organization identification of other teachers in marital options was significantly higher than that of married and unmarried teachers;9) The organization identification between the teachers with specialized courses and public P.E. curriculum has no difference, but that between the teachers with specialized and public two courses and previous teachers is significantly different;10) The organization identification of teachers with administrative positions is significantly higher than that of just teachers.11) The organization identification of the teachers working in general college physical education department is lowest, that among other style Universities has no difference;12) The organization identification between teachers with different work experience has no significant difference in degree;13) There is a significantly statistical correlation among organization identification, job satisfaction and personal values of work, it do so between organization identification and individuals work attitude.14) There is a close relationship of mutual influence among Individuals organization identification, school strength, and school organizations cultural.
