In the 1940 s,project management theory began to rise in the United States.In 1960,the concept of project management began to be introduced in our country.In 90 s,the concept of project management began to spread slowly in our country.It was widely used in government,aerospace engineering,telecommunications engineering,health system,network engineering projects and so on.Application? But now the management means and organizational forms of vocational colleges have many drawbacks to the whole process of professional skill competition.To solve the problems,the whole process of skill competition is urgently needed to be considered as a project,and the concept of project management is introduced to manage.This study takes the basic principles and methods of project management as the theoretical basis,taking into account the characteristics of skill competition management in vocational colleges,and systematically and comprehensively validates the urgency and feasibility of introducing project management concept into vocational college skills competition.Under the limited resource conditions,the application of project management in skill competition is used.Methods and theories to optimize manpower,schedule,cost and quality.This study focuses on the management of GS school skills competition in the management of personnel,funds,organizational structure,progress,quality and several aspects of management problems to be analyzed,find out the reasons,and finally put forward the improvement of the management of the GS school skills competition in the management,hoping to raise the management level and management of the skills competition in GS schools.Effect.In the research process,we should use systematic methodology and comprehensive research method to study the management level of GS school in the skill competition,in order to achieve the pertinence,practicality and scientificity of this research on the management level of GS school in the skill competition.Using the method of literature analysis to provide the theoretical support for this paper;using the investigation method to find out the crux of the problems in the management;using the method of comparative analysis to find a suitable management method for the skill competition;and the use of case analysis method to carry out the project management of the skill competition.This paper systematically demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of introducing the management concept and management method of project management in the process of skill competition management in secondary vocational and technical schools.In view of the problems existing in GS school,this paper introduces the management concept and management method of project management into the management of skill competition,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the problems of GS school in the process of skill competition management from the aspects of organization management,progress management,quality management,personnel management and fund management.This study applies the project management theory to the management of vocational skills competition,and provides a new way of thinking for the organization and implementation of GS school skills competition.
