Modern apprenticeship has been one of the hot topics of occupation education,but the modern apprenticeship has no unified definition,which is the occupation education system or the training mode for talents.From the talents training mode angle,the article locates in the higher vocational colleges,study modern apprenticeship training mode of the Yunnan Vocational College of Territorial Resources.First,define the concept of talent's training mode from two aspects including “what kind of people to cultivate” and “how to cultivate”,frame the training objectives,curriculum,teaching method,from the above four aspects by the vertical and horizontal study to research traditional modern apprenticeship,foreign modern apprenticeship and other institutions typical modern apprenticeship training mode,finally settled in the perspective of Yunnan Vocational College of Territorial Resources.process the data and the content of the interview,study the current situation of cultivation mode of talents of Yunnan Vocational College of Territorial Resources,and analyze the domestic and foreign modern apprenticeship training mode and successful experience in the college specific aspects of the training mode of good professional talents as an example,“setting curriculum from the purpose,occupation and science”,“the teaching mode of ‘go out,doing in study ',“ common evaluation from company and collage”.Through the study of educational experiments,it is found that there is a significant difference between students' learning cognition and ability attainment after taking the course-oriented experimental teaching method and the teaching method teaching method.The students who participated in the action-oriented teaching model showed different degrees of improvement in all four dimensions of learning ability.This shows that the action-oriented approach to improve students' ability and accomplishment has a certain role in promoting.combined with the actual needs of vocational education put forward three suggestions to promote the action-oriented teaching methods in-service after the effective integration of the classroom.
