Under the the Sport specialization teaching in senior middle schools background,“the(tennis)skills” rank evaluation criterion concerning the juvenile sports were developed and established.New Evaluation Standards will abolish the grade and age line,and establish a progressive evaluation model.To objectively,comprehensively,scientifically,and effectively assess the technical level of students' tennis special sports and at the same time stimulate their interest in tennis,and develop good habits for lifelong exercise.With the use of methods of document,expert interview,Delphi,education measure and mathematic statistics,the rank evaluation criterion was developed and established.First,determine the scope of evaluation indicators,use the questionnaire survey method and prepare initial questionnaires based on expert interviews,and select test indicators.The measurement data and mathematical statistics method were used to test the relevant test data and statistical analysis was conducted to establish the evaluation criteria of Shanghai youth tennis technology level.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Determine The tennis technical evaluation standard rating system,and the evaluation standard for tennis technical were divided into three phases and nine levels,including the primary stage,intermediate stage,and advanced stage.Each segment level was divided into three levels.The level of the corresponding test items in different stages.2.With the use of methods of Delphi,combined with the characteristics of the tennis sports program to select test indicators and finally determined the test indicators of the tennis technical level evaluation standard,The results show that the test project has a good degree of expert opinion concentration and coordination.3.Determine The tennis technical level standard evaluation system.According to the characteristics of the actual test data and the T checking of the specific samples,there is no difference between male and female,There was no significant difference between the primary and secondary levels in the primary phase;there were significant differences between the primary phase and the intermediate level 4-6 and standard deviation method is used to make the six different ranks(see table 25).4.The study went through demonstrating test for the “standard”.It shows that the standards established by the rating standards are well set up and are well received by the young people.They are conducive to arouse the enthusiasm of young students to participate in sports,and are conducive to promoting the youth to master the necessary sports skills for lifelong sports,and to promote the development of tennis.And popularity has a very good theoretical and practical value.
