In recent years,the development of middle and higher vocational education has made great progress,but there are still some problems.In the future,it is a long way to go to build a modern vocational education system.Effective connection of middle and higher vocational education plays a important part in the construction of the vocational education system which takes many forms: five-year consistent system,(3+2)segmentation,etc.as one of the forms of the connection between middle and higher vocational education that has flourished in recent years.(3+2)segmentation is the focus of this research.Based on the analysis and grasping the basic connotation of the middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmented talent training mode and the typical mode of vocational education at home and abroad,this study aims to take some middle and higher vocational colleges in Tianjin as an example.from training objectives,professional settings,course teaching,admissions examinations,qualification certificates,faculty and other aspects to analyze the status quo of the middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmented personnel training mode,pointing out that there are many problems in the(3+2)talent training mode and effective convergence strategy for the middle and higher vocational(3+2)talent training mode.This research is mainly divided into about five chapters,the first chapter is about introduction,clarifying the research background,research purpose and significance,including theoretical significance and practical significance,proposing research content and research methods,literature method and investigation method are the main methods used in this study that defines the concept of vocational education,The middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmentation,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature.The second chapter is about the basic connotation and typical mode of the middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmented talent training,which defines the basic connotation of the middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmented talent training mode,explores the domestic middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmented talent training mode.and studies the typical mode of foreign vocational education linkage.Take Germany,Britain,the United States,France,Japan as an example.Summarize some valuable experiences in the development of vocational education and the cultivation of talents,and provide ideas for the strategy of achieving effective connection between the middle and higher vocational(3+2)segmented personnel training mode.The third chapter is the status quo of the effective connection of talents training in the middle and higher vocational(3+2)in Tianjin,from the status quo of talent training,the status quo of professional setting,the current situation of talent training course,the status quo of enrollment examination and qualification certificate,and the teaching staff.The status quo is explained in five aspects.The fourth chapter expounds problems in the effective connection of the middle and higher vocational(3+2)talent training.The fifth chapter is the effective connection strategy of the middle and higher vocational(3+2)talent training mode.promoting the connection of the majors in middle and higher vocational(3+2).The training objectives of the colleges and schools are effectively linked,and the professional setting of the vocational colleges in the middle and higher vocational schools(3+2)is promoted to achieve effective connection,and the professional construction of vocational colleges is strengthened,so that the secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are better connected from the two levels.promotes the effective connection of the curriculum teaching system of middle and higher vocational(3+2)schools,and reforms the admission examination system for middle and higher vocational(3+2)colleges.We will relax the proportion of enrollment plans,establish a rational and scientific transfer selection and selection mechanism,and Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff in the vocational colleges of middle and higher vocational(3+2).
