| Since the reform and opening up,many cities have entered the fast track of rapid development,which attracts a large number of surplus rural labor force to flood into the city and become migrant workers.With the passage of time,the migrant workers gradually appear internal generational replacement,the new generation of migrant workers born after 1980 gradually become the main force of migrant workers.Compared with traditional migrant workers,the growth environment of the new generation of migrant workers is obviously improved,and they show new characteristics in the growth environment,pursuit of material life and psychological needs.Employment is related to people’s livelihood,and the employment of the new generation of migrant workers has always been a concern,but also the key to the stable development of national economy and society.This paper takes the less-developed areas as an example and compares the employment characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers with those of traditional migrant workers from the perspective of the place where the new generation of migrant workers go out,summarizes the current employment situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Qingyuan city and the employment dilemma they face,and analyzes the causes of their employment problems.According to local conditions,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to solve the employment dilemma of the new generation of migrant workers in Qingyuan city.On the research methods,this paper combines a variety of analysis methods,the research on the interdisciplinarity research from two aspects: go out from,back problems,subjective and objective multiple perspective of new generation migrant workers are summarized,and the problems faced problem analysis to explore the cause,make full use of public management theory knowledge,combined with the actual solution to Cenozoic migrant workers employment problem are discussed.This paper is mainly divided into five parts to write.The first part mainly summarizes the research background of writing,clarifies the research purpose and significance,expounds the basic concepts,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and ideas.The second part mainly describes and summarizes the basic characteristics and employment status of the new generation of migrant workers in Qingyuan,including education level and vocational skills training level,working time and direction,etc.Employment status includes employment form and industry distribution,employment channel,employment environment and social welfare security,living environment and consumption expenditure,economic income and employment stability.The third part,from the perspective of subjective and objective,in qingyuan city Cenozoic migrant workers away from trouble,including the employment of public services,sign labor contract ratio is low,lack of welfare to ensure treatment,lack of employment skills upgrading way,lack of employment stability,etc.,and puts forward problems restricting qingyuan city Cenozoic migrant workers backflow.And in the fourth part of the new generation of migrant workers in the employment dilemma from the two aspects of going out to work and returning,targeted reasons analysis.The fifth part,in view of the employment dilemma of the new generation of migrant workers in Qingyuan city,combined with the actual economic and social development of Qingyuan city,from the perspective of objective working environment,subjective personal level and promoting reflux,respectively put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the employment dilemma of the new generation of migrant workers in Qingyuan City. |
