With the continuous progress of curriculum reform,it is particularly important to guide students to participate in classroom activities actively and efficiently,and cultivate comprehensive and efficient innovative talents.School is the main platform for students to learn scientific and cultural knowledge,teaching ideas and teaching mode of the original has been unable to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard,so how to create the overall progress and development to optimize the teaching situation,promote students worthy of our in-depth discussion and research.Through consulting a large number of documents,I understand the development process of stratified teaching,participatory teaching and stratified participatory teaching at home and abroad,trying to find effective solutions to optimize and improve stratified participatory teaching.The object of this study is a primary school in Nanjing County of Zhangzhou City,the fourth grade primary school mathematics teachers and all students in a class,using the method of questionnaire,literature,observation and comparative analysis of the school's teaching methods and teaching status of the investigation,and analyzed the result.Problems caused by:(1)classroom participation is not high;(2)some students can not keep up with overall progress in class;(3)The distribution of students' grades is uneven.However,teachers often use the same teaching plan,the same teaching request and the same progress requirement.All students neglect the individual differences of students,resulting in the polarization of students whose grades are not able to go further,and those who are weak.Based on the theory of constructivism,humanism and Vygotsky's "zone of proximal development",this study is divided into three levels: A,B and C based on students' mathematical ability.In the classroom practice teaching,through the teaching aims,team coaching,inquiry,layered,layered exercises way to create a harmonious and friendly atmosphere for learning and positive and efficient classroom teaching.Through the implementation of hierarchical participatory teaching found in primary school mathematics teaching in the use of the hierarchical participatory teaching mode can change the students' passive learning,inspire students to actively participate in classroom activities,learning interest and desire to develop their awareness of participation,improve the classroom participation,so as to improve the students' Mathematics Learning ability.The author on the basis of experience,put forward the following suggestions:(1)to strengthen the awareness of teachers and students on the stratified participatory teaching mode;(2)fully ready to implement hierarchical participatory teaching mode preparation;(3)reasonable grasp the guidelines and methods of hierarchical classroom process-participatory teaching mode;(4)collect student feedback after timely and reasonable.
