Incentive teaching is an important teaching method widely applied to students' learning stages and courses.According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards,with the deepening of the teaching reform,the traditional incentive teaching is facing new challenges and problems,so we should combine the development of the times and constantly innovate and inspire the teaching.As far as junior high school is concerned,many theoretical achievements have been produced in the discussion of how to apply incentive teaching in various courses.However,in the course of Ideological and moral teaching in junior middle school,the research on how to apply more reasonable problems still has a certain research space,which needs further deepening.The subject is based on the practice of Ideological and moral teaching in junior middle school,and closely combines the special characteristics of junior middle school students' psychological growth in junior middle school,and makes a thorough and thorough discussion on the application of incentive teaching in the ideological and moral course of junior middle school.First,the basic theory of incentive teaching is analyzed and expounded,the concept of incentive and the scientific connotation of motivation teaching are pointed out,and the theoretical basis of motivation teaching is explored.Secondly,the basic requirements of the new curriculum reform,the basic characteristics of junior middle school students' psychological growth and the promotion of the effectiveness of junior high school ideological and moral courses are three sides.The necessity of the application of the incentive teaching in the ideological and moral course of junior middle school is discussed,and the problems and reasons of the motivation teaching in the ideological and moral course are summarized and discussed,and the three aspects of the teachers,students and parents are discussed in detail.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,the motivation teaching is in junior high school.Some ideas have been put forward in how to apply reasonably in Ideological and moral education.In addition,this topic persists in linking theory with practice,and shows the rational application of incentive teaching in junior middle school ideological and moral lessons through concrete teaching design.In a word,the subject holds that in the teaching of moral and moral courses in junior middle school,teachers should encourage teaching through reasonable application,create a good atmosphere of classroom and encourage students to learn actively.As a very important teaching method,the application of incentive teaching must be constantly innovating and developing.
