In the past 20 years,with the rapid development of education,the teaching mode has also been continuously developed and updated.The new teaching model of "guiding cases" is a popular teaching mode in the course of curriculum reform education.It changed the old,obsolete teaching mode.For the current chemistry teaching,it is required that the teaching should tend to focus on the teachers' leading role and the students' subjectivity,put the teachers' teaching and the students' learning together,let students actively participate in learning,cultivate students' rising enthusiasm in learning chemistry,improve students' autonomy of learning,and cultivate students' spirit of explore.Let teachers continuously improve their professional knowledge and comprehensive ability.Not only does teaching promote the interaction between teachers and students,but it also enables teaching to reach a long learning orientation.In this way,teachers will teach effectively and happily.Students will learn happily and the exams will be satisfactory.This is an ideal teaching effect for all of us.The article is the author's participation in the design and implementation of the guiding cases during the internship at Shaanxi Shanyang Senior High School.The design of the guiding case is mainly about the design of the compulsory Chemistry 1 of senior high school.The implementation of the guiding case has a certain positive impact on the students' performance,thinking,attention,personality,and other non-intellectual factors.The teacher's ability in education and professional teaching has greatly improved.However,there are also certain negative impacts in the implementation of the guiding case.For example,teachers cannot fully understand the guiding principles and connotations of the guiding case and cannot compile a more ideal guiding case for students with different degrees of suitability.At the same time,even if we can design a flawless guiding case in the specific implementation process,it is not always possible to maximize the use of the guidance case in classroom teaching.Due to the individual differences in students,the guiding case may not be fully applicable to every student.Not all knowledge is applicable to the guiding case.Therefore,there are many problems in the specific design and practice of the guiding case.Therefore,in this study,what are the problems in the design process of the guiding case? What are the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the guiding case? How should we avoid the negative factors in the implementation of the guiding case? How to improve middle school students' chemical performance through the implementation of the guidance case? How to present the tutorial to the students in the most easy-to-understand way?In the above mentioned problems concerning the guiding case,this paper adopts three methods: literature research method,interview method,and questionnaire method.The students in class(9)and(10)in senior one in Shaanxi Shanyang Senior High School were selected as the research subjects,with class(9)as the experimental class while class(10)as the contrast class.Students were taught by chemical guiding case in one semester.Through the student's middle and final test,two class chemical grades were compared and analyzed from the average,standard deviation,maximum,and minimum dimensions.In addition,some students were randomly selected from two classes to conduct interviews,and the interview results were organized.Detailed analysis and summary,regularly distributed questionnaires to the two classes,and collected data.Summarizes the positive and optimistic side of the implementation of the guiding case,at the same time summarized the limitations.More scholars have a certain reference for the study of the guiding case.In general,the author discusses two parts through theoretical part and concrete practice.The theoretical part of the theory guides students through the birth of new curriculum standards,the impact of traditional teaching methods,and the school's own conditions.Books and other materials provide a comprehensive understanding of the different scholars' overview of the implications of the guiding cases from different perspectives,as well as the current research situation and development trends of foreign and domestic teaching cases.They also propose constructivism related to the guiding case.The theoretical foundations of education,teaching,theory of cooperation and the theory of recent development zones have laid the ideological foundation for the design and implementation of the second part of the guiding case.In the case of design and implementation of the guiding case,the design of the guiding case includes the four components of the pre-class case,teaching case,solid case,and study case,as well as the teaching strategies and styles of the four times and four grades,so as to enable teachers and students to have a deeper understanding of the guiding case.The instructional design and guiding case of the overall and partial guiding cases were implemented in the implementation of the guiding case.Then a detailed analysis of the students' chemistry scores,questionnaires,and interviews was conducted.It was concluded that the implementation of the guiding case had a positive impact on students and teachers.On the student side,there is a great interest in chemistry learning.It is possible to develop good habits for pre-class study and to analyze and explore the issues on their own.In terms of teachers,the implementation of the guiding case has greatly improved the overall quality of teachers and the professional capabilities of teachers.It has naturally promoted classroom teaching activities and improved the quality of teaching.The teaching mode of the guiding case has made great help to schools,teachers and students through practical research.Therefore,it has also received the support of the education bureau and the school.Many places have begun to use the guiding case teaching mode.However,in the process of implementation,it is still not perfect,so the author hopes to help more scholars in the future through this personal opinion of the case.
