High school geography is a subject that studies the relationship between human activiti es and geographical environment.With the development of global integration and economic and social development,the training of education,especially the practical ability of high s chool students in geography,is getting more and more attention.The standard of the new curriculum standard(2017 revision)of the full-time ordinary senior high school emphasizes that geographic practice is the necessary quality and action capability of cultivating the co re qualities of the geography discipline.Students by investigation,experiment,investigation,as a means of research methods to study and improve the geographical practice accomplis hment,make better observation of the geographical environment and human activities,the r elationship between analytical solve real face of geographic problems such as population,re sources,environment and development.At the same time,the new curriculum reform requir es to change the traditional to simply pay attention to the knowledge of classroom teaching type,change the disadvantages of passive rote learning education,promote students' autono mous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning,cultivate students' ability of acquir ing new knowledge,communication and cooperation ability,strengthen the cultivation of stu dents' practical skills and ability.The development of geography teaching is the need of the development of geography t eaching in the context of the reform of new curriculum standards.This study through literature analysis,questionnaire method,interview method,experim ental method of observation,induction,etc.,to the city of zhengzhou in henan province 20 high school geography teaching activity to investigate the status quo,the problems existing in the analysis of the geographical practice teaching activities,to analyze its reasons,and puts forward the strategy,and according to the strategy for empirical research,draw the co nclusion.This study mainly includes the following five parts:First to carry out the background and significance analysis,intends to use the literature analysis,questionnaire method,interview method,experiment,practice teaching research on the methods such as observation,induction and planning the research idea of this article;Secondly,from the geographical practice teaching,the basic concept and theoretical bas is of through developing high school geography teaching practice of the relevant theories of system analysis,to explore the direction and focus of geographic practice,and the classifi cation study on the concrete practice teaching activities,and on the basis of the research st atus at home and abroad and found that the problem;Third,through to the henan province zhengzhou city 20 high school geography teachin g activity present situation has carried on the questionnaire analysis and teacher interviews,found that there exist some problems in the geography teaching practice: not taken serious ly by the school,lack of innovative design,practical type single,imperfect evaluation syste m,etc.;Fourth,from the existing problems of teachers and students in accordance with the rel evant theoretical knowledge and Suggestions,methods and strategies for addressing the prob lem and the geographical practice teaching for high schools are,for example,try to geogra phy practice teaching design and practice,and obtains the experience and the summary agai n and the specific difficulties for empirical research.Finally,based on the comprehensive research,a little geographical practicality is conclu ded.
