As the reform of "Internet plus education" developing in the field of education,put forward new requirements for the professional quality of teachers,which requires teachers’ professional development to make corresponding changes according to the background of education reform.The basic status of primary school education in the field of education determines the importance of primary school teachers’ professional development in the background of "Internet plus education"."Internet plus education" to the primary school teachers is not only the new requirements and new challenges,but it also brings new opportunities,primary school teachers should seize the opportunity,actively respond to the challenges,and constantly have professional learning,adapt to education reform,improve teaching quality,promote their professional development.In order to understand the external conditions of primary school teachers’ professional development and the current situation of primary school teachers’ professional development in the background of "Internet plus education",this study investigated teachers in some primary schools in Zhengzhou,Xinxiang,Anyang and Nanyang of Henan province through questionnaires and interviews.Through the analysis of the results of the investigation,it is found that there are still some problems in the course of primary school teachers’ professional development,which hindered the professional development of primary school teachers to a certain extent.For example,in the school,some schools teaching facilities is not perfect,the lack of school own long-term communication network platform for teachers;in the education sector,the publicity efforts of "Internet plus education" in the primary school to carry out have to be strengthened;in the aspect of teachers,teachers’ enthusiasm is not high in participate professional training,independent professional learning frequency is low,lacking of information literacy.There are many reasons for these problems.They are divided into three aspects: teachers,schools and education related departments.The main reasons for teachers are: the self-awareness of teachers’ professional development is not high,and the attention to their information literacy is not enough.The main reasons of the school: the school’s attention to the "Internet plus education" reform is not too high,the lack of provide targeted and comprehensive professional training for teachers etc...The main reasons of education related departments are: education related departments’ education incentive policies on Teachers’ professional development has been lacking,lack the specific policy of "Internet plus education" in the teaching practice to carry out etc...For these three reasons,this research puts forward the strategy of primary school teachers’ professional development under the "Internet plus education" background.In the aspect of teachers,teachers should enhance their self-awareness of professional development through Internet,develop the Internet-thinking habits,and combined with the "Internet plus education" background,formulate a clear career planning,and continue to improve their information literacy.In school,learning to provide a variety of ways for teachers’ professional development,such as the construction of teachers in a hybrid training,promoting teachers’ network learning community,create a school atmosphere that helpful to the information education,set up electronic portfolio system of teacher evaluation.In terms of education related departments,they should formulate policies to promote primary school teachers’ professional development in the "Internet plus education" context,improve internet based education resource service platform through the Internet-thinking,and provide information technology support for primary school teachers’ professional development.
