| Body function training was originally a kind of self treatment,in the field of rehabilitation was later slowly in reference to the competitive sports,especially in the field of athletics sports of our country in recent years made great achievements,however,application to the school sports is relatively small,this study selected ordinary college students as subjects using a pretest and posttest experimental design,through the teaching experiment,analysing the influence of body function training on college students’ physical quality and the basketball technological learning and training for the physical function in the university sports classroom project to provide a reference in practical application.The subjects were divided into two groups at random and tested.The indicators on the basis of this study will be for 12 weeks experimental class body function training operation and the combination of basketball teaching,the control group with the traditional classroom teaching.The FMS test,the basketball basic technology half V-shaped layup test and one minute shooting test in the first and second weeks.After the 12-week test,the indexes were re-tested in the test subjects,and the data measured before and after were analyzed,and the following conclusions were mainly drawn:1.For functional screening results analysis,comparison difference between experimental group and control group groups in a bar,straight leg squatting,shoulder flexibility,active leg lifts,body rotation stability show significant difference(P<0.01).However,both the experimental group and the control group were improved in both the squatting and the rotatory push-ups,but the contrast was not obvious.2.Compare the differences between the experimental group and the control group in the physical quality.In 50 meters,standing long jump,both men and women pull-ups in succession,crook proneness,sit-ups test results,the results of the experimental group and the control group is improved,and the experimental growth difference is significantly higher than the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the 1000m test project for male students and the 800m test project for female students.3.The test scores for basketball technology in experimental group and control group were improved,especially in basketball technologies of moving low dribbling hand shoulder hand layup and a minute shoot,and the growth difference is significantly higher than the control group,before and after experimental test shows that action of body function training basis for basketball technology has the obvious effect.4.The body function training in improving college students’ basketball technology has obvious effect,through the state with the students in class and after class the students continue to consulting other training methods on body function training,and some students even want their parents to learn.Students develop interest on body function training,stimulated student’s study enthusiasm.Applied to college students’ physical education and combined with sports is an effective method of exercise,it enrises the teaching class and plays an active role in preventing the sports injury of college students. |
