The Research On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Campus Violence In Primary And Secondary Schools

With the implementation of the opening-up policy,our country has made great achievements in economy,the quality of people's life and our living standard have been greatly improved.At the same time,our country is now at a critical period of social transformation.It is very easy to breed many social problems and social conflicts during the transition period.The violence in primary and secondary schools is one of the growing social problems in various contradictions.Some school violence incidents have caused very bad social effects.Primary and secondary school students are the future of our country and the successors and builders of socialism.Therefore,the impact of violence in primary and secondary schools is very far-reaching.The main form of campus violence from education perspective is bullying,so the campus violence studied in this article mainly refers to bullying on campus.In this paper,the methods of questionnaire and interview are adopted in the process of specific study to understand the current situation and problems of campus violence in our country,and then the deeper and systematic factors that affecting campus violence are analyzed detailedly.At last,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the government and department of education to effectively curb the incidence of campus violence.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as the following parts.Firstly,the introduction part elaborates the research background,current research status and research methods,which lays an important value premise and theoretical basis for the further study of the article.The second part mainly introduces the related concepts,characteristics,classification of primary and secondary school bullying and several theoretical foundations of this study.The third part mainly uses questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of violence in primary and secondary schools,then finds the problems when facing campus violence.The fourth part mainly analyzes the root causes of campus violence from the four dimensions including students themselves,family,school and society.In the fifth part of this article,it mainly shows the concrete countermeasures against primary and secondary school violence by constructing the integrated control mechanism between individual,society,family and school.These countermeasures can effectively curb the source of violence so as to create a healthy and safe campus environment for the growth of teenagers.
