Since the implement of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,the productivity has been greatly increased,the comprehensive national strength has been markedly enhanced,and the living standards of the people have been greatly improved.At the same time,many social problems and social contradictions have emerged under the trend of economic and social development.Bullying in primary and secondary schools is one of the problems.In recent years,the problem of school bullying in primary and secondary schools has occurred frequently throughout the country.It is harmful to the development of teenagers' physical and mental health and social stability and has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.School bullying refers to intentional physical,verbal or psychological attack and injury of the others in school,and school violence is more severe.School bullying has typical characteristics,which includes behavioral diversity,repeatability,universality,imbalance and concealment.It can be divided into several categories in the light of nature,subject,place and form.At present,the characteristics of school violence in primary and secondary schools are as following:1,malignant events are frequent;2,bullying and violence in female students increase;3,school violence has a trend of lower age;4,scientific and technological progress causes cyber violence.Start from the definition and features of the school violence in primary and secondary schools,this thesis anatomizes the status of school violence in primary and secondary schools and the harmfulness of school violence on youth and society.After that,the reasons of frequency of the school bullying in primary and secondary school is analyzed.At last,drawing lessons from countermeasures dealing with school bullying at home and abroad,this thesis proposes strategies to prevent and deal with school bullying and violence.Adopting analyzing method of combining literature study with questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,this thesis studies school violence in primary school and middle school intelligibly by linking practice with theory.After analysis and summary,this thesis found that the physical and psychological characteristic of pupils and middle school students is the internal cause of school violence,and adverse effects of family education,school education and social environment also play important roles in these occasions.The Countermeasures dealing with school violence in foreign countries can be broadly divided into government policy measures,legal countermeasures,punishment measures and national participation measures,etc.,which have important reference significance to our country while dealing with such incidents.On this basis,this thesis also puts forward some preventing strategies,including effective use of moral education in primary and middle school,improvement of social administrative system,perfecting of national legal system and full use of family education and so on.The prevention and control of school violence in primary and middle schools is a complex and long-term project,which requires attention and participation of all the people.This article only serves as a starting point for the prevention and control of school violence,the construction of a harmonious society and the realization of the Chinese dream.
