As time goes on,writing which people used to express their emotions will inevitably become a modern way of life.However,the rapid development of information created a"shallow writing" era.Students are also affected by asking "Baidu" to solve everything.Students lack the original spirit of writing,the unique experience,and their expression of emotion is untrue,false.Writing teaching has become a serious problem for both teachers and students.The writing level of senior students in the primary school has been shown to be uneven;actually we should say it seems quite polarized.After the analysis of a large number of students who show lack of writing ability,the author found that it is not effective to use those general measures to improve students' writing ability.The "hierarchical teaching" is based on the individual differences of the writing ability of the students.Teachers divide them into some groups.Each member's ability is basically the same,and has a collaborative relationship between them.In the teaching process,teachers assign the group writing tasks,formulate the group writing plan,implement the individual writing goals according to the groups with different characteristics and abilities,etc.Teachers and students form a "learning community".The specific ideas of the "hierarchical writing teaching" are:firstly,"group teaching",is to compose some learning groups,to form the "learning communities".Secondly,"step by step guidance",is to clear writing goals,stimulate writing motives.Thirdly,through the "classification training",the writing skills can be achieved with different types of writing exercise.Fourthly,"share the commentaries",through the timely and targeted comments for students to achieve the goal of teachingThe essence of the "hierarchical writing teaching" is that teachers should arouse the students' subjective initiative,so that every level of students can learn about their own writing progress.Teachers should take advantage of class groups,providing each student with what they need for writing teaching,so as to promote the multi-level development of all the level of students' wring ability.At the school level:First of all,to set "children's development as the center" as a teaching philosophy;Secondly,to further improve the teaching management system,to encourage teachers to carry out the experimental study on the "Layered Teaching";Finally,to further improve the conditions of the experimental class,ex.adjusts the classroom seats appropriately.At the teacher level:Firstly,we should make clear of the effective teaching idea of writing teaching,pay more attention to reading and improve the literature accomplishment and writing ability of the teachers;next,to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.It is necessary to establish a good relationship in writing teaching.And finally,to improve the quality of school education and scientific research,spirit of teamwork is important in the writing teaching.
