For quite a long time,the management of class moral education focuses on the indoctrination of social ethics,yet it pays little attention to the combination of moral education theories and characteristics of the students with inefficiencies.Incorporating domestic and international experience into the author's own practical knowledge,this thesis starts from the state of moral education in high school class management and the characteristics of the incentive theories of motivation to expound the feasibility and effective measures of using them to guide moral education in class management,which significantly promotes the all-round development of students' moral education and the reform of moral education management theoretically and practically.The research orientation of this thesis is the study of moral education in high school class management guided by the incentive theories of motivation.The first part is introduction which proposes the foundation,significance,literature review,concept definition,main contents and methods of the research.The second part mainly stresses on the managerial and moral value of applying the incentive theories of motivation to moral education in high school class management,clarifying feasibilityof the study.The third part illustrates the present situation and core problems existing in the current moral education in high school class management through surveys,guiding the appropriate directions of applying the incentive theories of motivation to moral education in class management.As the most important part of the paper,the fourth part probes into the specific and effective strategies of applying the incentive theories of motivation to high school class management,expatiating how to take advantage of the essential moral resources in emotional incentive theory,equity theory and target incentive theory in order to achieve excellent effects in moral education in class management.Finally,the author reflects on the limitations of the incentive theories of motivation and what should be avoided when using it so as to provide some proposals for other managers to apply the incentive theories of motivation to moral education in high school class management.
