Teachers evaluation is one of the routine work of each school.Teachers evaluation have important significance on the development of students,teachers and school.Traditional methods to evaluate teachers usually known as rewards and punishment evaluation,the results of teacher evaluation usually uses as the basis of rewards and punishment on teachers.The evaluation methods often used are the student performance analysis and student questionnaire survey about the teaching process.In 1983,some developed countries,led by Britain,put forward the theory known as "the development of teacher evaluation".The development of teacher evaluation focus on teachers'personal development,respect the principal position of teachers,is known as a teacher evaluation system for the future.In 1998,the development of teacher evaluation theory imported into China firstly,which is regarded by many scholars.The development of teacher evaluation system start to put into effect in our country.But no matter Britain or China,the single development of teacher evaluation system has not really been accepted.With the rapid development of information technology,more and more information technology has been applied to the teaching,which means we stepped into the information campus stage.The Information campus provides us with a quick data collection,statistics,calculation and analysis platform,which also makes the teachers evaluation activities more complicated and diverse.But till now,we didn't really use the information campus the right way.This paper focused on the information campus environment,based on the fact of our country's education,combine the rewards and punishment teacher evaluation and the development of teacher evaluation,in order to forming fair and healthy competition environment and finding out a evaluation system of middle school teachers.For the development of teachers and schools,this article puts forward three methods of teacher evaluation:performance evaluation,wisdom class data evaluation and self-evaluation with others' evaluation method.Performance evaluation method on the longitudinal comparison,through the measure of student performance variation analysis of teachers'teaching effect;Wisdom campus is the inevitable outcome of the development of information campus,wisdom classroom provides a big data platform of data acquisition,sorting,analysis,and application implementation for the evaluation of teachers' teaching routine work;Self-evaluation with others' evaluation method,fully embodies the principal position of teachers in the evaluation of teachers,pay attention to the digging of teachers own value,realization of teachers' personal development.Through practice the above three methods of teacher evaluation,will receive the data.Comparing with traditional teacher evaluation data,analyzing the information campus environment teachers evaluation method is feasible and limitations.Hope to explore the suitable teacher evaluation method for the information campus environment,achieving the overall effective,easy to operation methods to evaluate teachers,provide practice guidance for teacher evaluation activities under the environment information campus.
