Ecological classroom is a place for students to learn and to grow and to improve their quality of life.It's also a stage for teachers to develop and mature.It should be an ideal state of the classroom.In order to get the current situation of the construction of ecological classroom in the primary school.In this paper,in order to identify problems and make recommendations for optimization,observation and investigation method are used to study the current classrooms in township primary schools.The full text is divided into four parts except the introduction:The first part is an overview of the ecological classroom.Firstly,based on the analysis of the value appeal of ecological classroom,the connotation and characteristics of ecological classroom are clarified.The ecological classroom is a classroom that attaches importance to the development of teachers' and students' lives,advocates independent learning,emphasizes overall openness,and advocates interactive generation.It has the characteristics of integrity,symbiosis,diversity,openness,and sustainable development.Next,the structure of the ecological classroom was further analyzed,and the evaluation criteria of the ecological classroom was proposed from the three aspects of the classroom ecological environment,teaching activities and the subject of the classroom ecology.Ecological classroom construction is of great significance.It is not only a new idea for classroom reform,but also conducive to promote the development of teachers' and students' lives and to improve the quality of education.It's also conducive to further promote education reform.The second part is the investigation of the status quo of ecological classroom construction in primary schools.Through the investigation of three township primary schools in Suizhou,Hubei Province,the basic situation of the ecological classroom construction in township primary schools was discussed from four aspects of classroom material environment,non-material environment,teaching activities and classroom experience of teachers and students according to questionnaire survey results.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of the ecological classroom construction in township primary schools by combining the questionnaire results and individual interview materials.The problems are mainly manifested in large class sizes,separation of teacher-student relationships,less teacher-student interaction,blocked student personality development,and unpleasant teacher work experience.The main reasons for these problems are the rapid increase of the number of school-age children in the area,the deviation of teachers' morality,attaching importance to the teaching results in the teachers' evaluation,the pressure on teachers,and the lack of support and guidance from schools.The fourth part addresses some suggestions according to the problems and causes of classrooms in the township primary schools.The education management department should rationally plan the school layout,strengthen the construction of rural education to reduce the pressure on township schools.Schools should vigorously strengthen the construction of teachers' morality,organize educational activities and flexibly implement teachers' assessment,not only evaluating teachers with teaching results.Schools committed to building a harmonious and equal school culture,to give teachers humane care.Teachers need to relieve pressure through appropriate means.
