| Nowadays,against the background of the global economic integration and China' s new normal of economic development,city as a carrier of national economic development and transformation,promoting the healthy development of the city and improving the quality of urbanization have become the current international and domestic general focus of attention.Since the reform and opening up,the process of urbanization in our country has been developing rapidly,but many single-center cities have obvious problems of"urban disease",building polycentric cities has become a long-term planning proposition in major cities.As a national central city,an important city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Delta,the core city of central region,Wuhan City is also facing a series of development issues such as economic restructuring and urban spatial restructuring.So this article takes 178 street units in Wuhan as the research object,based on the data of the second and third national economic censuses,exploring the characteristics and development of urban employment space structure in Wuhan,and analyzing the forming mechanism of the spatial structure in Wuhan City,to provide a basis and reference for its future rational distribution and industrial structure optimization for Wuhan which is facing the impact of space remodeling.The research is divided into the following five parts:Part ?:Research background,significance and literature combing,providing the theoretical basis for the empirical research;Part ?:Wuhan employment space structure characteristics and evolution.Using the rank-size rule and threshold method,we can draw a multi-center structural model in Wuhan.There were 21 employment centers in Wuhan in 2013,including 4 major centers.They were centrally located in the downtown area and mostly near the banks of the Yangtze River,among which there are many employment centers in Jianghan District and Jiang' an District.In terms of change,the status of agglomeration has not changed much,and the number of employment centers has decreased compared with 2008.Part ?:Influencing factors and mechanism analysis of employment space formation in Wuhan.This part mainly analyzes and discusses from two angles:(1)the relationship between the geographical distribution of the industry and the employment center.By means of the nuclear density,nearest neighbor distance and location law,to get the distribution characteristics of firms in different industries inWuhan:From the point of view of corporate distribution density,the secondary industry and most of the service sectors in the living sector show a decentralized distribution pattern with multiple high-density areas,productive service industry shows central region gathering pattern;From the point of view of corporate distribution distance,all industries are clustered,but different industries have different agglomeration degrees.Industries such as real estate,finance,leasing and business services,wholesales and retails are more concentrated in the streets of employment centers.The distribution characteristics of employment centers can be divided into two types:industrial specialization and industrial diversification.The proportion of the financial industry,real estate industry,and leasing and business services industries in the main employment centers is even greater,reflecting the greater contribution of the productive service industry to employment centers.(2)Analyzing the forming mechanism of employment space in Wuhan by binary logsitic discrete model.We find that location,accessibility and accessibility of labor play the more important role for the formation of employment centers in Wuhan.Followed by the policy,the share of service industry.The role of manufacturing is not obvious.Part 4:Based on the above analysis conclusion,it is proposed that the development of the employment service center and the employment space structure should be promoted from the perspective of promoting the development of producer services to better serve the urban economic development. |
