Group Work Involved In The Practice Research On Supported By The Peer Of Traditional Embroidered Shoe Craftsman

Along with the development of the industrialization and marketization,change the way of living and life rhythm speeding up,a lot of traditional crafts in ethnic minority areas has been industrialized mass production,machine operation replaced the traditional craft gradually withdraw from the historical stage,facing the risk of lost.These traditional craftsmen are also gradually marginalized and are rarely noticed,and there is a lack of connection between the craftsmen and their peers.The Paper is focused on the kunming city S community traditional embroidered shoes art group,first through participatory observation method,and the service object groups to establish trust relationship,through the way of questionnaire and structured interview,understanding to the basic situation of S community craftsmen group;Secondly,evaluate and analyze the problems and demands of handicraftsmen group,and design service plan.Use group work to intervene to improve peer support.Social support theory,social exchange theory and group dynamics theory are applied to analyze the intervention process of supporting groups.From the two dimensions of emotional support and resource information support,the intervention service can improve the problems of low interaction frequency,little exchange of handicraft experience and lack of mutual assistance experience of handicraftsmen.Finally,the evaluation datashowed that peer support group intervention had some effect.Through the study of this paper,the author makes reflections and puts forward Suggestions,hoping to inspire and reflect on the future research of this group or researchers in this field.In general,the social work involved in the study of traditional embroidered shoes craftsman peer support,not only enhance the craftsmen of peer support,enhance the interaction between the handicraftsman peer groups,but also enhance the S community traditional embroidered shoes artisan groups of cultural self-confidence,to better promote craftsmen continuing socialization.
