Research On Moderate Consumption Concept In The Concept Of Green Development

The concept of green development is an important part of the new development concept proposed by the Communist Party of China at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,based on China's basic national conditions,and on the basis of the new phased characteristics of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.And it is a great development concept to breaknessly solve the development and environmental protection issues,further promote the construction of ecological civilization,realize the harmonious coexistence of human beings,human beings and nature,and the harmonious development of economy and the environment.Green development is a reform that involves all aspect of economic and social development,moderate consumption is exactly the embodiment of green development in the field of consumption concept.It is formed gradually by the Chinese Communist Party based on the Marx and Engels' consumption concept,Chinese traditional concept of advocating thriftiness and combating waste,and ecological Marxist consumption concept after experiencing periods of establishment,enrichment,and systematical innovation and summarizing the lessons learned from the corresponding consumption concepts at various periods of development.The concept of moderate consumption in the new era involves four aspects of national economic development,social fairness,ecological civilization,and personal development.It is a more comprehensive,realistic,concrete,and rich consumption concept than before.The moderate consumption concept first requires that the country's overall consumption must be consistent with the current level of economic development in the country;the consumption of citizens must fluctuate around the average level of consumption of the society according to the actual financial status of the family.Secondly,the concept of moderate consumption requires that contemporary people's consumption must be built on the basis of not prejudicing the survival and development of future generations;the consumption of any country,region,and individual cannot equally harm the consumption of other countries,regions,and individuals.Thirdly,the concept of moderate consumption requires that human consumption activities must be limited to the qualitative range required by ecological balance and the quantitative range can be tolerated by environment and resources.Finally,the concept of moderate consumption requires that the consumer's continuously developing needs be met in the process of continuous enrichment and optimization of consumer objects.Therefore,the concept of moderate consumption under the prospective of green development is that based on the realization of the continuous growth of the nation's green economy,the gradual harmony between people and people and between man and nature,and the free and comprehensive development of individual,and ultimate achieving the harmonious development of economy,society,ecology,and humanity.The realization of moderate consumption depends on the shift from moderate consumption from concept to practice.Therefore,it is to further explore and analyze the practical strategies of moderate consumption from the aspects of grasping the starting point of consumer demand,laying a foundation for moderate consumption;grasping the focus of consumer demand,promoting the formation of moderate consumption;grasping the key points of consumer demand,building moderate consumption mechanism;grasping the foothold of consumer demand,achieving purpose of moderate consumption,and eventually form a new consumption pattern of harmonious development of the economy,society,ecology,and humanity in the entire society.
