On the way of education and curriculum reform,more and more schools devoted to building a distinctive and personalized school curriculum,and school-based curriculum development is an important way for school construction characteristic curriculum.In addition to the responsibility of teaching the mainstream cultural knowledge,the national school also has the obligation to inherit the local cultural knowledge.the development of school-based curriculum Should be included in ethnic minority schools of local excellent national cultural resources,let the students to form a harmonious social identity consciousness,improve their ability of comprehensive development and social development level.North Guangdong region using the Yao ethnic school cultural resources,developing the Yao culture school-based curriculum,not only can meet the demand of students' interest and learning in national regions,strengthening the quality development of students,but also can add features of school-based curriculum in ethnic minority schools.This article is based on the relevant concepts of school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum development,the four steps in the course of Taylor's principle are the theoretical framework,and the course development goal is based on the Herbart theory,as a case to the present situation of the development of Yao culture school-based curriculum for school of Y nationalities in northern Guangdong,from the two levels of teachers and students,to understand the consciousness,behavior,content and results of national culture selection in the development of school-based curriculum,and to conduct statistical analysis,found that although teachers recognize the school-based curriculum resources development and the importance of national culture,but the enthusiasm of participation in curriculum development is not high,their own lack of knowledge accumulation,such as more serious difficulties.However,students have a strong interest in their hometown culture and minority culture,but they lack of knowledge of traditional national culture.In view of this,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures from five aspects of curriculum goal construction,course content determination,course organization,curriculum implementation and course evaluation.Main contents include:Building from rural knowledge to local economic development services and research learning services for students,to promote the transformation of local curricula;the development of environmental protection education course,Yao culture curriculum,national sports program curriculum,national art project course,Yao nationality festival and story course,etc;the course organization is constructed according to the structure of students' cognition,inquiry and experience,which is also the way to realize the curriculum knowledge,skills and emotional goals;According to different course content,teaching method,inquiry type and situational teaching method can be used;the course evaluation subjects are multi-party,the course evaluation method is flexible,and the evaluation result is objective.
