Study On The Ability Of Group Work To Intervene In The Capacity Building Of Mobile Children

With the acceleration of urbanization,floating population has attracted much attention from society,especially the capacity building of migrant children.The mobile children in compulsory education stage are the important stages of their socialization,so the scholars mainly study the urban integration,school adaptation,compulsory education and psychological guidance for the mobile children,but less attention is paid to the ability construction of the mobile children.Taking the S primary school floating children as the research object,this article uses the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the participatory observation method to collect information to understand and master the attention,expression and problem solving ability of the S children in primary school,and to analyze the lack and deficiency of the mobile children's ability from four aspects: individual,family,school and society.With the use of group work methods and under the guidance of the development model,we choose to develop the growth group among the three mobile children with insufficient ability,determine the group goals,set the group plan,make the group plan,and carry out the group activities.Through the evaluation of the group,it shows that the service providers have improved in terms of capacity building.I hope to expand the research field of migrant children through the study of migrant children's capacity building.
