Urban migrant children follow their parents to the new city.Although their living standards have improved and their living environment has improved,they still face great difficulties in adapting to schools.In addition to the family,the most frequent contact with children is the school.They come to the city to adapt to new life patterns in addition to the new living environment,but school adaptation is their main adaptation.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the adaptation of urban mobile children's schools.Based on the study,reading and finishing of the previous studies,the self-made school adaptation questionnaire understands the current situation of school adaptation of urban mobile children from three aspects: academic adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,emotional adaptation and psychological adaptation.In this study,children from grade four to grade six and their parents in a private primary school in the new urban area of Xian,Shaanxi province were the targets of the questionnaire.According to the information obtained from the questionnaire combined with the information obtained from the interview,the status quo analysis and demand analysis were carried out,and how to use professional methods to intervene in the adaptation of urban mobile children's schools was discussed.This article adopts the social work group approach to intervene,through professional group activities,such as skills training groups,interest groups,etc.to cultivate mobile children's learning habits and behavior habits;(b)Strengthen the self-confidence and self-identification of mobile children;Improve their ability to communicate and express and eventually adapt to the new environment.This study used the superiority perspective to help urban mobile children realize their own strengths and explore their own strengths and guide them to use their strengths reasonably in the course of their activities.(c)Enable social workers to identify and use resources around them to promote positive interaction between mobile children and their surroundings;Using the Bandura social learning theory,in the course of group activities,mobile children share their ideas and experiences with each other.They are guided by mutual observation and imitation and positive norms of social workers.It can allow mobile children to deeply learn or recognize new ways of behavior,thus changing their old bad behavior habits.From the professional perspective of social work,the group work and the existing methods are combined to create a good growth environment for urban mobile children;Establish good communication with peer groups,teachers,and parents;Be reasonable and accurate in expressing your emotions;Cultivate good behavior;To increase their enthusiasm and initiative in learning and participating in activities;To integrate it into the new learning environment,healthy and happy growth.
