In2004, Guangdong, Shandong, Ningxia, and Hainan (autonomous regions)are the four experiment provinces that start a new high school curriculum reform.The officials are evaluating the effectiveness of this new reform. Guangxi will bethe last area to join the reform in fall2012.Because many high schools in Guangxi still use the old textbooks, oldcurriculum standards, and traditional teaching techniques, especially for Physicssubject, it lacks effectiveness. In the article, we are going to analyze the currentsituation, to make evaluations and judgments, and to seek quality improvement ofour Physics classroom experiences.There are five parts in this article:The first part was introduction. Based on the infrastructure and background ofteaching physics class in high schools in Guangxi, we must realize the problemswe are facing. We also need to understand the meaning and value of this reform.Combining our effective teaching skills with the one we learned from foreigncountries, we were able to propose new strategies for the reform.The second part is focus on defining some relevant concepts,and explainingthe characteristics of effective teaching of high school Physics classroom, and thenreviewing of the present situation of the domestic and foreign relevant research,emphatically finally to the senior high school physics class effective teaching theory research.Part three is focus on constructing a new format of exam that correspondswith the new teaching structure. Recently, we chose four high schools in Nanningand Qinzhou as research subjects. Combined the results from classroomobservation and the feedbacks on the new format of exam from teachers andstudents during the exam, we much better understand the current education qualityof physics subject. A conclusion from this experiment was also made.In part four, after analyzing the conclusion, we proposed a new teachingstructure that is most suitable for our school. It can be divided into three parts:preparation, implementation and evaluation. And we chose "Electric Field andElectric Field Intensity"(Chapter13of <<physics>>) as teaching material to testthe new format.The fifth part is a summary and outlook, noting that this research innovationand weaknesses.We expect all experts and scholars to criticism in order to makemore complete follow-up study.
