The rapid development of vocational education has set higher requirements for vocational teachers.The lack of "Double-qualified" teachers is the main bottleneck restricting the development of vocational education.There is a lot of relevance between the development of vocational education with the local economic structure.And the economic development in Yunnan province mainly depends on tourism.In recent years,there have been some problems in the tourism industry,reflecting the problems of tourism vocational education,to some extent.And the low quality of the tourism vocational teachers is one of the important impact factors.Therefore,to cultivate "Double-qualified" vocational teachers who can adapt to the development of tourism vocational education is an important task at present.Vocational Teachers' Training Base is an important place for vocational teachers' cultivation and training.And one of its functions is to transfer vocational teachers to vocational schools.Judging from the needs of vocational schools,"Double-qualified" vocational teachers are necessary and essential.However,at present,the cultivation of undergraduate vocational teachers in many vocational teachers' bases doesn't reflect "Double-qualified".In view of this,when the vocational teacher base trains talents,it should pay attention to the "Double-qualified" training of talents.On the one hand,it must meet the requirements of vocational schools for certificates.And on the other hand,it should reflect "Double-capacity".Based on the above background,this article takes the Tourism Management and Service Education in Yunnan University as the research object.By investigating the current cultivation status of undergraduate "Double-qualified" vocational teachers,we find out the existing problems.According to the analysis results,and combined with the experience of other vocational teachers' bases,we put forward countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the further research on the cultivation of undergraduate "Double-qualified" vocational teachers.The main content of this article are as follows:the theoretical analysis of undergraduate "Double-qualified" vocational teachersin Tourism Management and Service Education;find out the main problems at present by analyzing the present situation of the cultivation of "Double-qualified" talents of Tourism Management and Service Education in Yunnan University;analyze the cultivation of "Double-qualified" talents in other vocational teachers' bases,summarize their successful experience and seek inspiration;lastly,this article elaborates the countermeasures to be taken in the cultivation of undergraduate "Double-qualified" teachers of Tourism Management and Service Education in Yunnan University by aiming at existing problems and combining experience and enlightenment.
