Private middle schools play an important role in the development of education in some counties in my country.Taking N County as an example,its private middle school has an important influence on local education,but its development is limited to a certain extent due to the instability of the teaching staff.This study conducts research on the current situation of teacher mobility in N county private middle schools,so as to find out the problems existing in the flow of teachers in county private middle schools,and propose some corresponding improvement countermeasures,hoping to improve the stability,development and professionalism of the teachers in county private middle schools..First,through a questionnaire survey and combined with interviews,from the overall situation of teachers' flow,willingness to flow,re-employment intention of teachers after leaving their jobs,and the channels and characteristics of the flow are to present the whole picture of the flow of teachers in private middle schools in N County.On this basis,further analysis is carried out.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire and interview results,it is found that the flow of teachers in private middle schools in N County has problems such as low level of influx of teachers,high mobility,high loss rate,disordered teacher flow,and serious hidden loss.The reasons for these problems are not only external factors such as traditional ideas and national policies and regulations;there are also some school-related factors such as school's management style,school working environment,and school salaries;and teachers' professional values,occupational planning and other personal factors.Finally,this study puts forward countermeasures from the above different aspects:the society and state should guide the masses to change outdated ideas and improve the status of private teachers;improve relevant policies and regulations to protect the rights and interests of private teachers;vigorously develop the county economy to improve the lives of private teachers;improve education investment system and increase investment in private education.The school should change the management style of the leadership to improve the school's management level;improve the school's working environment to enhance the school's competitiveness;increase the teacher's salary to enhance the school's talent pull;create a characteristic campus culture to enhance the teacher's sense of identity.Teachers should establish a correct career outlook and enhance their sense of professional identity;clarify their career goals and formulate reasonable career plans;enhance their professional ability and personal competitiveness.
