Correlation Between Class Atmosphere And Adaptability Of Junior High School Freshmen

The class is the most important social environment for every student to grow,and they can be influenced by the subtle influence of the class atmosphere every day.The class atmosphere of different class individuals is different.According to Lewin’ s theory,the perception of class atmosphere is positive and negative.This different perception will act on students’ psychological behavior,and it will have certain influence on students’ interpersonal and learning adaptability.The questionnaire survey includes 418 junior high school freshmen in Cangzhou S and D schools.I did the descriptive statistical analysis significant difference test,correlation analysis,focus on the following issues:(1)what is the relationship between class atmosphere and school adaptability of junior middle school;(2)the problems of class atmosphere and the problems in adaptability of junior high school in two junior middle schools in Cangzhou;(3)what measures should be taken to optimize class atmosphere so as to improve junior middle school freshmen’s school adaptability。Statistical analysis showed that:(1)the students of different gender in academic adaptation,regular adjustment,interpersonal adjustment dimensions have significant differences;(2)whether the class cadre in the academic adaptation,general adaptation,teacher-student relationship adjustment,interpersonal adjustment dimensions have significant differences;(3)there was a significant correlation between the class atmosphere and school adaptability of different dimensions,and the class atmosphere in the school on the high grade adaptability score was significantly higher than the low grade group;(4)public opinion and evaluation and group behavior could positively predict school adaptation.According to the results,the author puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Organizing plentiful class group activities;(2)conducting thematic class meetings on self-adaptation;(3)giving more attention and tolerance to boys;(4)enabling each member of the class to participate in the management of the class;(5)establish a perfect class code of conduct;(6)to build a good class of public opinion.
