Now the world has the increasingly diversified culture trend, and the elementary education also proceeds under this background in China. The research on the multicultural education has become the major problem in elementary education now. The west countries actively have been doing research and practices on multicultural education, for example bi-languages project. It is thought that the adaptable teaching is the most valid teaching pattern, namely multicultural teaching. Compared with the west countries, the research on multicultural education is much poorer, and we lack knowledge of multicultural education. In our country, there are many nations that multicultural features are clear. The schools in minority regions always have been in a certain condition where the students are influenced by both the mainstream culture and the no main-stream culture, and have been faced with the conflict from minority culture and Han culture. So it is necessary that teaching should be adapted to the students' culture character.
