The Study On The Ability Of Infants Aged 0-3 Years

As a member of the family of children,representing the family's future and hope,especially in the 0-3 years old is a key stage of the life,and in this period,children get enlightenment including knowledge,values and so on aspects of cognition will be for the whole period of life and even have a profound impact.With the development of city,the development of the economy,most parents of family because of the busy work will have to children and grandparents raising,thus the emergence of a large number of grandparenting phenomenon.Due to their low cultural level,limited personal ability and difficulty in accepting new ideas,their parents' ability of parenting is insufficient.In this paper,the research on the cultivation ability of grandparents is carried out.In the course of practice,the author explores the role of social work in the construction of intergenerational education ability by using the technique and concept of group work method.The goal is to raise the ability of the grandparents through the generations,optimize the grandparents' knowledge,methods and techniques for their grandchildren,improve the quality of education and promote the healthy development of children.This study mainly use the combination of semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey,Study on the intergenerational parenting ability of infants from 0 to 3 years old in S community,the study found that grandparents and breeding ability is insufficient,lack of scientific knowledge and the way.Based on the experience and results of social work intervention for infants aged 0-3 years,the group is adopted to enhance the parenting ability of the grandparents through the practical needs of the grandparents in S community.After a series of investigations and studies,we concluded that the problem of children's ability to be separated from infants aged 0-3 years was mainly in the early stage of education awareness,parenting style,and breeding pressure.Set up a "grandchild" growth group plan to meet the needs of the service object.Grandparents and grandchildren participate in group activities and ake full account of the relevance of the activity.In the activity,we designed the link that can promote the development of children's potential ability,and also meet the needs of grandparents' rich parenting style.At last,the process and results of the activity were evaluated and the study was reviewed.In this paper,the group work method was adopted to provide reference for the group experience of other infants aged 0-3 years.
