Study On Stability Risk Assessment Of Universities Based On System Dynamics

Higher education shoulders the major mission of cultivating the successors and builders of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.If the teenager is strong,the country will be strong.The stability of university education has always been concerned by the Party Central Committee,State Council and the general public.At present,the situation of maintaining stability in Chinese universities is generally good,but there are still many destabilizing factors,the road is long and the task is arduousa to maintain harmonious and stable universities.This article will maintain the stability of universities in risk management analysis system,with a view to achieving a stable university work through a sound risk management system.The systematic,forward-looking,and participatory nature of the risk assessment of university stability plays an irreplaceable role in the advance warning and effective response to the stable risks of universities.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of the university's stable risk assessment system.Based on the analysis of stable risk related concepts and theories in universities,from the perspective of managers in colleges and universities,define the stability of colleges and universities the meaning of risk,analysis of the current colleges and universities the status quo and problems in the process of stability.Secondly,introduces the method of system dynamics into the stability of colleges and universities in the process of risk identification,the stability of colleges and universities the key risk factors identification and risk identification of each subsystem is established feedback graph model,the stability of colleges and universities system dynamics mechanism of risk,analysis of the nonlinear effect and super cycle effect,stability of colleges and universities the risk assessment,for the next step to prepare dynamic evaluation model is set up.And based on the current commonly used risk evaluation method of combing,reference and comparison,to determine the applicability of the system dynamics in the stage of risk assessment,the static model of the feedback loop transform the establishment of a dynamic model for the flow chart to begin,through expert survey method for risk factor weight assignment,using the method of criterion more comprehensive empowerment empowerment for each risk factor weight;Stability of colleges and universities risk assessment model is established equation of flow chart of the simulation system and the simulation results and expected results are consistent with actual situation,and the simulation curve can be specific risk factors for the corresponding risk value,clear and intuitionistic results.From the perspective of dynamic quantitative risk analysis,the system is decomposed into each interrelated subsystems,individual risk analysis system influence on overall risk,has incomparable advantages to other methods.Finally,the feasible realistic path of stable risk management in colleges and universities is proposed.The purpose of this study is to deeply understand the implications of the stability of colleges and universities and the inherent implications of the stability of colleges and universities.Based on system dynamics,a brand-new stable risk assessment model and research paradigm for universities is constructed to provide basic ideas and useful references for university managers to make management decisions for stabilizing universities.To ensure that the basic teaching and research work in the university campus can be conducted in an orderly manner,the purpose of this study is achieved.
