With the curriculum reform developing in greater depth,the group cooperation learning has received wide attention in teaching practice.However,the quality and effect of cooperation in practical class are unsatisfactory.The reason of this lies in it's hard to monitor the process of the cooperation learning,especially monitor the individual in group.In order to promote the cooperation learning quality,we must clarify individual responsibility and enhance individual's learning engagement.As a positive learning state,the learning engagement includes regulating cognitive,emotional engagement and behavior which is under the influence of cognitive and emotion.The high-level learning engagement can improve the effect group cooperation learning.J middle school in Hangzhou of Zhejiang province comply with the requirements of teaching reform,carry out group cooperation learning in each grade and in each subject.This paper adopted qualitative research method to collect materials about students in Class4 Grade7 in J middle school.Observed their learning state in a natural setting,concluded the learning engagement of students,analyzed the reasons of it and tried to make countermeasures to improve individual's learning quality.The learning engagement of individual in group cooperative learning mainly consists of cognitive engagement,emotional engagement and behavioral engagement.The cognitive engagement in this paper is characterized supervise each other and perform duties,inspire each other to pursue new methods,question and answer each other to transfer knowledge,criticize each other to enhance the quality of cooperation.The emotional engagement concludes passion against indifference,the conflict between happiness and anxiousness,the sense of separation and belonging.The behavioral engagement refers to the concrete behavior of individual,the degree of effort and the strength of participation.It's reflected in pre-class preparation,class hour and after-class summary.Based on the engagement performance,analyzing the factors which have an influence on individual's learning engagement in group cooperative learning.We can know from students' aspect,they have a freshness about cooperative learning,there is a psychology of finding fault,they trend to make trouble for others.They have different values for knowledge.And they can interact with each other.From the teacher's point of view,teachers' teaching skills including teaching design,evaluating,organizing are important.Finally.The school creates the atmosphere about group cooperative learning which includes class culture,group culture and so on to promote students learning.Depending on base talked above,make strategies for enhancing quality of individual learning engagement.First,clarifying students' learning responsibility,main training students' learning interest,improving students' social skills.Second,teachers should update their educational concepts especially the concept of cooperative learning,hence teaching skills to make sure the scientific of teaching design and teacher-student interaction.Third,the duty of the school is revising and refining cooperative learning culture,and trying to build group cooperative learning which has apparent subject characteristics.
