The purpose of the high education reform is to cultivate an advanced researcher with the core character of innovative spirit and pratical ability, thus realize the combination of production, study and reseach in college or university. To explore a mordern college learning style, which accommodates to the learning society, is important content of the higher education facing the 21st century course content and the curriculum system reform plan, also is the key of implements the education for all-around development and and the university educational reform. The important purpose of the higher education reform is to search out a new learning style, by which students can study as the real hosts in an active, bi-directional, exploring, discussing process, and in turn which can enhance students'ability of self-study, innovation, collaboration and research. In this higher education reform the self-regulated learning, the cooperation learning, the investigative learning without doubt become three brand-new study ways which the study society requests. The self-regulated learning is one of brand-new study ways, is causing the educational circles scholar and the general teacher's attention.However, the reform of the university students'studying ways often goes fomalistic, due to all sorts of reasons and the conditional limit, lacks systematic theoretical research and practical operation. The reigning traditional teaching style, which focuses on the knowledge infusion and absorption,restricts learning style, the interests of students and effects of study, what's more, it seriously inhibits the students'development of the innovative spirit and practical ability.This research expects to seek the methods which effectively train the students'self-regulated learning ability by a group cooperative learning, and constructs an educational model of cultivating the university students'self-regulated learning ability, which provides some references for physics educator in their own practical work.This article, firstiy, elaborates the necessity and the feasibility of training the university students'self-regulated learning ability in university in some aspects such as the social development need, the student individual need to develop, the higher education reform inevitably request ,etc. Seconndly, the self-regulated learning and the cooperation learning theory is illustrated systematically in this article, the validity and the feasibility of strategy training the university students'self-regulated learning capability by a group cooperative study has been discussed according to these kinds of theories, and the strategy has been put into practice in the university physics teaching. Finally, the experimental results have been verified chiefly through the SPSS software.
