The Study On The Training Needs And Strategies Of Primary School Teachers’Professional Development Based On Builder Education

In the "Internet +" era,our country advocates public innovation,the first step is to create a guest education.With the idea of experienced education,creative education and DIY,the teachers will face new normal education under new technology and concept.Since 2015,guest education.In our country has entered into primary and middle schools,and the education of creating guest in primary school is booming in Yinchuan.In order to understand the needs of primary school teachers ’ professional development training based on Yinchuan education,the author selected 425 teachers from 5 primary schools as research samples,and surveyed four dimensions from the teaching idea,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation of the education in Yinchuan.In the survey,we found that primary school education of Yinchuan in recent years has developed faster,and achieved fruitful results,but in the face of new teaching concepts,there are still some problems in teachers’ needs of training,for example teachers professional development training needs are uneven based on the education of the primary school,Primary school teachers with seniority in 5 years and below have higher demand for the training of teaching idea and content of the education of creating a guest,The teaching contents of primary school teachers’ education are single and lack of school-based practice,Primary school teachers have higher demand for the training of the teaching method and the difficulty of classroom teaching evaluation is increasing.Finally,aiming at the current situation and existing problems of primary school teachers’professional development training based on Yinchuan education,combing with the theory and practice of education,through field investigation and in-depth communication with the first-line teachers,the teacher of the thesis wants to provide a reference for Yinchuan primary school teachers to carry out the practice of education from the teaching idea,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to creat a guest education.
