With the development of the 21st century,"Industry 4.0","post-industrial society","knowledge economy society","Internet + education" and other time labels have sprung up.The new social science theory and the rapid development of technology shortened the life cycle of knowledge a lot."powerful nation of science and technology","strengthening the country through talents" is the top priority of strategic development in this period,so cultivate talents for the society,Innovation and technology higher education is a key link in power development.In the development of China’s higher education,the teaching work is always be the center of the development of colleges and universities.Teaching quality even is the lifeblood of colleges and universities,colleges and universities teachers are direct participants and influencers of teaching work.especially the proportion of young teachers in the teaching group become higher and higher,the quality of young teachers is an important guarantee of education quality in colleges and universities.The teacher is strong,than the talent is popular,than the country strong.Based on this,The importance of teacher training is becoming more and more prominent,especially the pre-job training in teacher transition,the development status and existing problems are more worthy for us to reaserch and exploration.This article is mainly composed of the following seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the research background,methods,concepts and theories.The second chapter is the literature review,which combed the literatures about teachers’ training and relevant laws and regulations from domestic and foreign scholars.The third chapter mainly introduces the development course of teachers pre-job training system and the characteristics of the main times.The fourth chapter mainly carries out the empirical research on the universities of A and B.Through the basic situation,training needs,training satisfaction,and training effect feedback to analyze the current situation of the pre-job training for young college teachers in China.The fifth chapter is based on the previous chapters,to analysis and research the problem of the pre-job training for young college teachers in China.The sixth chapter mainly though the human resource training theory,Suggesting ideas for the existing problems of the pre-job training for young college teachers,The last chapter is summary and prospect.
