The teacher-student relationship,which is generated in their interaction,has an essential influence on the orderly and effective completion of school work whether the relationship is positive or negative.Through the reflection on the existing teacher-student conflict and its corresponding contradiction,it turns out that in recent years,many new teacher-student relationship types and construction strategies there have occurred.What can be used to adjust and maintain the relationship among people? Of course,the answers to this question are varying to different ethicists.The caring theory and research results on teacher-student relationship in recent years provide some theoretical basis and enlightenment for the construction of caring relationship between teachers and students.This present paper will discuss the ideal construction of relationship between teachers and students.The introduction part presents the research origin,purpose and significance of this paper,the existing research of relationship on teacher-student and care at home and abroad,as well as the research content and research methods of this paper.This part also illustrates a new understanding of caring theory,which not only can be considered as a value but a specific practical activity,by adopting the imperfections of existing research as starting point,so as so that highlight the significance and innovation of this research.The second chapter further reflects the teacher-student relationship from the perspective of caring theory by means of determining the connotation of teacher-student relationship,which is mainly from the definition of existing teacher-student relationship,and explaining the roles of teacher-student,that is,the caring subject,caring object and caring relationship,as well as revealing the inter-subjective and systematic relations between caring relationship and teacher-student relationship,and finally sums up the characteristics of caring relationship between teachers and students from the aspects of inequality,situation and hierarchy.The third chapter puts forward the construction mechanism of teacher-student caring relationship,and it is also a new understanding of caring theory by drawing lessons fromthe research results of caring theory and other teacher-student relationship construction.The present paper holds that the construction of caring relationship would better be based on justice,driven by interests,grounded by responsibility,and relied on by teacher-student development.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the construction strategies of caring relationship between teachers and students,and it also holds that the conversion of thinking is a must in order to build a caring relationship between teachers and students.From the reflection on the existing educational phenomenon that ignores human being and on the contradictory phenomenon of teacher-student relationship,it is believed that the construction of relationship would better shift from the previously incorrect mode to the“human learning” thinking,and emphasize the existence of students,that is,proceed from students themselves.Teachers would better strive to transform the natural care in human nature into an ethical concern,and make full use of the students' objective facts of plasticity to reconstruct their consciousness.Mediated by this formal teacher-student interaction and a series of informal contacts,the teaching activities would better attach importance to the dialogue and understanding of students to build a bridge between teachers and students.The epilogue part refers to the summary,the reflection and prospects of research inadequacies of present paper.
