The teacher-student relationship is the most basic interpersonal relationship between teachers and students in the teaching and learning activities in schools.It has practical educational significance.The quality of teacher-student relationship affects the teaching process to a certain extent.In rural primary schools,it is of great significance to establish a caring teacher-student relationship.The construction of caring teacher-student relationship is to establish a relationship of mutual care between teachers and students,to highlight the emotional blending between teachers and students,to experience caring for each other and to learn to care for others.It emphasizes that teachers should pay attention to the life of teachers and students in a caring atmosphere,and require teachers to fully understand the needs of students as independent individuals,respect,understand and trust students,pay attention to students' inner world,and give feedback to students' concern for teachers.This article takes Noddings' s theory of care education as its perspective and theoretical basis.It uses literature research methods,questionnaire surveys and interviews to study the status quo of teacher-student relationships in rural primary schools to explore a kind of caring for rural primary schools.The teacher-student relationship enables rural primary school students to grow up in a caring atmosphere,and learns to respond to the teachers' caring,learn to care for others,cultivate the care quality of the students,and the teachers improve their own caring methods in response to the students ' care for themselves.Ability to ease the current teacher-student relationship in rural primary schools,and finally to establish a caring teacher-student relationship.This thesis consists of four parts:Introduction,expound the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis,review and research methods of the related literature and so on.The first part is the theoretical basis of the construction of the caring teacher-student relationship in rural primary schools,which mainly outlines the background,connotation and characteristics of the caring teacher-student relationship.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the teacher-student relationship in rural primary schools.This part is mainly about the problems existing between teachers and students in rural primary schools by means of questionnaires and interviews.And analyzed the rural primary school teacher-student relation concern the reason.In the third part,some suggestions are put forward to construct the relationship between teachers and students in rural primary schools.In this part,the author puts forward the suggestions of constructing caring teacher-student relationship from four aspects,that is,on the basis of mutual trust,comprehensive understanding of students,equal treatment of students and transformation of role into conditional construction of caring teacher-student relationship.Conclusion,summarize the research,point out the limitations and shortcomings of the study.
