Research On Adaptation Of Ningxia Students While Studying In Malaysia

With the cooperate of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and“21st Centuries Marine Silk Road",China is increasingly involved with overseas countries,and the demand for technical people with overseas experience increases further,the Chinese Ministry of Education issue a large number of study abroad preferential policies,the study abroad market heats up.The rapid increase of overseas students in recent years,academic circles research and discuss for international students in the overseas life as well as career development and other issues.Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as a part of "Silk Road Economic Belt",as well as the host city of "China-Arab Expo Forum",prompting economy develop quickly and improving people's living standard,a "study abroad craze" gradually intensified in Ningxia.Under the influence of "China-Arab Economic and Trade Forum" and "Silk Road Economic Belt",Islam countries provide many preferential policies for Hui nationality students in Ningxia,for that,Ningxia international students increase quickly,so Malaysia become one of the hot spots due to its low tuition fee.The number of foreign students is increasing every year,study abroad also has been covered in most of cities,even in Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Tibet and other more remote areas,has a corresponding Study Abroad Service Institution,Chinese students have been distributed in several countries.With the support of various policies,students in Ningxia are also growing rapidly.The thesis use a narrative ethnography talking about the Ningxia students studying in Malaysia,and their employment development after graduate,combing in-depth interviews and field research to gather the information of Ningxia Students.The thesis mainly aims at the preparation before studying in Malaysia,investigate Ningxia Students' social adaptation,environmental adaptation,psychological adaptation and other respects in Malaysia,and discuss the cross-cultural adaptation of Ningxia students who studying in Malaysia.The development of job-hunting in this paper aims at the international students in the domestic environment,and research all sorts of problems that students encountered in domestic job-hunting,thus to explore the study abroad in the students' growing environment and the development of career after graduation.
