The rule of law is the governance mode of the country,and the consciousness of the rule of law is an important dimension to measure the level of the rule of law in the country.As a social consciousness,the consciousness of the rule of law is the stability of the political and economic construction of the whole country and the soul of the construction of the country under the rule of law.The rule of law consciousness is the rational quality of the citizen,and the level of the citizen's legal consciousness is the direct embodiment of the degree of the rule of law in the country.As an important part of national subject,students are the future power of national development.The rule of law consciousness is an important content of the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline,but it is still challenged by the social negative environment and the influence of self-cognition disorder.This study will be based on the theoretical analysis and empirical study of the law of the law,and explore the strategies to cultivate the rule of law consciousness.This study is divided into four parts:Part one: overview of the theoretical problems related to the rule of law.To interpret the connotation of the rule of law and the consciousness of the rule of law;The content of the four elements,namely,the consciousness of legal authority,consciousness of rights and obligations,rules consciousness and procedural consciousness,is interpreted.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of students' legal consciousness.The second part: the necessity and feasibility analysis of the cultivation of legal consciousness.The cultivation of students' legal consciousness is necessary,which is the key ability of students to adapt to social development.It is the essential quality of students' personal growth and the intrinsic requirement of the reform of the subject curriculum.The cultivation of students' legal consciousness is feasible,the society has a good legal construction environment,the students have the basic knowledge of the rule of law,and the content of ideological and moral courses is also rich in the rule of law.The third part: the investigation and analysis of the status quo of students' legal consciousness.This paper briefly describes the design and implementation of questionnaire design and implementation of the status quo of the rule of law in junior high school students,including the purpose of investigation,object of investigation,content of investigation,method of investigation,etc.The questionnaire data and data analysis are carried out to explore the existing problems and causes of the students' legal consciousness.The fourth part: the method of cultivating students' the rule of law consciousness in ideological and moral teaching.Using the four teaching methods: thematic teaching,case teaching,situational teaching and activity teaching to help students achieve "Respect the law,study the law,abide by the law and apply the law",consciously take part in the construction of socialist country under the rule of law,improving the student's consciousness of the law.
