As the core resource of education,teachers play a fundamental role in the development of education.The investment of teacher financial funds plays a key role in stabilizing the teaching staff,inspiring teachers' enthusiasm for education,enhancing teachers' enthusiasm for work,improving teachers' work and living conditions,and creating a new situation in education development.The government should be the responsible body responsible for ensuring the funding of teacher resources.It must work hard to ensure and enhance the remuneration package of teachers,strive to narrow and balance the development gap between urban and rural areas and regions,and strive to ensure teachers' development momentum in the new era of education by investing in teachers' financial funds.It is particularly important to study the degree of government efforts to invest in teachers' financial resources.This study establishes observational indicators for the efforts of financial education for teachers in urban and rural compulsory education,from the perspective of aggregate level,sustainability,orientation,and coordination of efforts.analysis.In the overall analysis,the study found that although the total amount of financial investment in compulsory education teachers in urban and rural areas has made great progress,the overall level of investment efforts has shown an overall decline,the input effort is lacking in stability and sustainability,and the degree of investment efforts has become apparently urbanized,etc.In terms of regional analysis,it has been found that the declining effort of compulsory education teacher financial investment has become a common phenomenon in the region.The lack of stability and continuity in the input efforts of western cities and northeast rural areas is particularly evident,and the regional efforts show the central depression and the northeast in terms of spatial distribution.Phenomenon,the investment efforts in rural areas need to be strengthened,and the level of investment efforts is lagging behind the regional economic development efforts and public financial efforts.To this end,this study establishes the urban-rural integration thinking,balances urban and rural investment in a balanced way,clearly invests in the requirements of the bottom line,implements positive diversity policies,reforms the system of teachers' remuneration and investment,strengthens the central government's overall planning,expands funding sources,advances education financing reform,and improves investment governance.The structure,sound investment protection system,investment incentive mechanism,and mobilization of government investment enthusiasm,etc.proposed the optimization of urban and rural compulsory education teacher financial investment efforts and upgrade ideas.
