Research On The Degree Of Financial Investment In Higher Education In Yunnan Province

In this paper,based on indexes about degree of effort of the province government high education financial input,try to quantize,compare and analysis the degree of effort of the province government high education financial input from total input,the input structure,inclined degree in three kinds of education and coordination degree of the high education with local economy,sufficiency of financial input.The major methods that are used in this paper are as follows:horizontal comparison with four provinces of Southwest China,vertical comparison of Yunnan province itself,descriptive statistical analysis and analysis based on LRM.In order to give an objective,comprehensive evaluation about the degree of effort of the Yunnan province government high education financial input.And give some policy suggestions about lifting the degree of effort of the Yunnan province government high education financial input.Based on the plenty data,this paper gives an objective evaluation of Yunnan' s high education financial input,and gives six policy suggestions.Especially,the analysis based on LRM is so special.It tells us the LRM of Yunnan's high education financial input with fiscal expenditure:lnY=1.011nX-3.87,the LRM of Yunnan's high education financial input within budget with high education total input:lnY=0.961nX-0.49,the LRM of Yunnan's high education financial input within budget with the total education input within budget:lnY=1.11lnX-2.76,and Yunnan's high educational fee index per student with per GDP:Y=14.89-1.471nX.These four LRM' s coefficient of determination close to the one.It shows that the LRM can explain the data well.In addition,we also find the relationship between Yunnan' s high education financial input with fiscal expenditure,between Yunnan's high education financial input within budget with high education total input,between Yunnan's high education financial input within budget with the total education input within budget.It' s kind to deepen the understanding of Yunnan's high education financial input.The last one,the paper about descriptive statistical analysis of four provinces of Southwest China of high education financial input within budget with the total education input within budget shows high schools affiliated to ministry are so important to promote a province high education.It' s an useful empirical support for Yunnan and Guizhou to set up high schools affiliated to ministry.
