External quality assurance measures mainly includingmaking comprehensive laws and regulations; improving the technicaland vocational education system; establishing a diversified financingsystem; constructing an open education system. Internal qualityassurance measures mainly including establishing an open teachinggoal, focusing on the high quality process of teaching, improving theconstruction of the teaching evaluation system.
