Under the background of higher education popularization,people's demand for higher education has changed from quantity to quality.Private higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,and students' learning quality has become the focus of attention.In order to improve private vocational college students' learning quality,it is necessary to strengthen the study of students' learning problems in private vocational colleges.The research on learning approach is an important part in higher education study research.Based on the theory of learning approaches,this paper takes the ZS college in Nanjing as an example.Depended on questionnaires and interviewing method,this paper summarizes the characteristics of students' learning approaches in Private Higher Vocational Colleges.At the same time,using data analysis software to analyze the influencing factors of students learning approaches.Individual factors,teaching situation factors,and learning environment perception factors are analyzed in depth.On this basis,recommendations and countermeasures are raised for improving the learning quality of private vocational students and promoting students' deep learning.This study draws the following conclusions:1.Students tend to use deep approaches to learning.2.There is no significant gender difference in student's learning approaches;There are significant differences in grades in deep learning approaches,the average score of freshmen is lower than the sophomore and junior students;There exist differences in the surface and deep-approach learning approaches in different majors,and the students in the medical and health majors have more significant differences on surface learning approaches.3.Students Individual factors are positively related to deep learning;teaching situation factors and learning environment perception factors are positively related to both deep learning and surface learning.4.Students Individual factors have significant impact on deep learning and surface learning;learning environment perception factors have significant impact on surface learning.
